Classio João Mendiate, received his Ph.D. in transport engineering (with distinction) from the Centre for Transport Studies (TRANSyT) in the School of Civil Engineering at Technical University of Madrid, Spain (2020) and holds a MS in urban planning and management the University of Twente, The Netherlands (2011). His research focuses on travel behavior and mode choice modeling.
